About this project
ChapmanXpress, a financial service company that provides a wide variety of financial services including vending NAWEC cash power. We worked with ChapmanXpress to provide a seamless and secure payment gateway that enables the company to offer efficient vending services to their customers. Additionally, we provided cash management and reconciliation management features to help keep track of their financial transactions and manage their floats more effectively.

This case study explores how the company has leveraged its extensive network and high transaction volume to deliver efficient and reliable electricity token services to the people of The Gambia, contributing to the nation's energy accessibility and convenience.
Our role and services provided
Our journey began by conducting a comprehensive assessment of the company's existing operations and identifying the key pain points. We engaged in extensive consultations with the management team and key stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by the organization. We inturned provided an array of services to address these challenges. This involved:
- Developing a seamless and secure payment gateway that enables the company to offer efficient vending services to their customers
- Collaborating with the company's internal teams to develop a float management module that could accurately allocate resources based on performance metrics and adapt to changing needs.
- Designing a cash management module that provided real-time insights into the company's cash position, allowing for agile decision-making.
- Creating a teller management system that streamlined shift scheduling and improved overall staff efficiency.
Results
- The client received two application, web-based and a mobile application
